Kaleidoscope
Life takes a turn, upside-down,
Hopes & dreams crash to the ground.
Pains shatter, blurred shapes collide,
Muted madness, dull inside.
Fragments flailing, stained with struggles,
Mess of mistakes, tumble of troubles.
Meaningless chaos, no hope to find,
Round & round, endlessly grind.
Suddenly, Light breaks through…
Starting to focus, aligning the Light,
Drawing nearer, all getting bright.
Piercing brokenness, calming commotion,
Mesmerizing, brilliant motion.
Shifting patterns, can’t look away,
Rays project a beautiful array.
Everything clicks – a purpose they serve,
The Majestic Light onlookers observe.
Artisan chose for His reflecting Mirror,
Every piece to show more clear,
The beauty of the Way of the Light,
Shards that shape, displaying It’s might.
Colors life's pieces, even tragedy,
This whirling mosaic of strategy.
Transcending troubles, rays of hope,
The Majestic Light of the Kaleidoscope.

Again Jesus spoke to them, saying, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” – Jn 8.12
So we do not lose heart. Though our outer self is wasting away, our inner self is being renewed day by day. For this light momentary affliction is preparing for us an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison, as we look not to the things that are seen but to the things that are unseen. For the things that are seen are transient, but the things that are unseen are eternal. – 2 Cor 4.16-18
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our affliction, so that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God. – 2 Cor 1.3-4
The people who walked in darkness have seen a great light; those who dwelt in a land of deep darkness, on them has light shone. – Isa 9.2 (Mt 4.16)
